You have both options at the checkout. Keep in mind once you subscribe to a consumable product and is billed for your first order, you will automatically be placed on a recurring payment schedule per your chosen subscription term (prepaid order shipment based on the frequency and quantity chosen by you). Then, you will be billed on the day your order is shipped each time moving forward (per your subscription term). After your subscription order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email on the same day.
